Is there any downtime?
Most injectable treatments have little or no downtime. Mild redness or swelling may occur and usually settles within a few days.
How long do results last?
It depends on the treatment: anti-wrinkle injections typically last 3–6 months, fillers 6–18 months. Your physician will explain what to expect for your plan.
Can I combine several treatments?

This Clarification Text is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform you about how your personal data is processed when you use this website, fill in our consultation form or contact us by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp.
1. Personal data we process
Identity and contact data: name and surname, phone number, e-mail address, country.
Request data: the treatment you are interested in, your message, and photos or documents you choose to send us.
Health data (special category): information about your health, medical history and photos of the area to be treated, only if you share it with us.
Transaction security and marketing data: IP address, date and time of your request, the page you sent it from, advertising click identifiers (e.g. Google Ads GCLID) and, with your consent, cookie data.
2. Purposes of processing
Answering your request and contacting you;
Having your case pre-evaluated by our physicians and preparing a personalised treatment plan and quote;
Planning your treatment, travel, accommodation and transfers if you decide to proceed;
Ensuring the security of our website and preventing abuse;
Measuring the performance of our advertising (only with your cookie consent);
Fulfilling our legal obligations and responding to requests of authorised public bodies.
3. Legal grounds and method of collection
Your data is collected electronically through this website’s forms, cookies, e-mail, phone and WhatsApp. It is processed on the following grounds under KVKK Articles 5 and 6: taking steps directly related to the establishment of a contract at your request; our legitimate interests, provided they do not harm your fundamental rights; compliance with legal obligations; and your explicit consent for health data and, where required, for transfers abroad.
4. Transfer of personal data
Your data may be shared, only as necessary for the purposes above, with: the physicians, clinics and hospitals involved in your evaluation and treatment; the hotel, transfer and interpreting service providers organising your stay; our IT, hosting and e-mail service providers; and authorised public institutions when legally required. Some of these providers (for example e-mail, messaging and advertising services such as Google and WhatsApp/Meta) may store data on servers outside Türkiye. Such transfers are carried out under KVKK Article 9 and, where required, on the basis of your explicit consent.
5. Retention
Requests that do not lead to treatment are kept for up to 2 years and then deleted or anonymised. Patient records are kept for the periods required by health legislation.
6. Your rights (KVKK Article 11)
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request deletion or destruction under Article 7; to request that these actions be notified to third parties; to object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
You can send your requests to info@zeluraaesthetics.com or in writing to our address above. We will respond within 30 days at the latest. You may also withdraw your explicit consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
I have read the Clarification Text of Zelura Aesthetics. Of my own free will, I give my explicit consent to the following:
the processing of my health data (information about my health, medical history, photos and documents I share) for the evaluation of my request by physicians, the preparation of a treatment plan and quote, and the planning of my treatment;
the sharing of this data with the physicians, clinics and hospitals involved in my evaluation and treatment;
the transfer of my personal data abroad where this is necessary for the services used to communicate with me (such as e-mail and WhatsApp) and for the purposes stated in the Clarification Text.
